Colby Buzzell

I've probably read 20 plus books on the war in Iraq. One of my favorites is My War: Killing Time In Iraq by Colby Buzzell. It's a soldier's eye perspective of what goes on in Iraq. He's featured today in an article on CNN.

He first started blogging around the same time I started this blog. That was back in the day when right wing bloggers said you were not supporting the troops if you didn't support the war. Called you un-American. Or worse. Colby, posting under the moniker CBFTW was the darling of a lot of right wing blogs. Now that he's come home and spoken out against the war, not so much. Yeah, Colby, Fuck The War!
